(SB2) FUTHER BRIEFING

VR
= taking you into a completely different palce

  • might be relevant to my theme 
  • quick city escape 
  • might be too obvious 
  • translate the atmosphere through a short film or projection? 

UX
= how audience feel when they are interacting with my work (while using the interface) 

UI
= user interface 
= the from, the design, the production consideration 


  • responding UX with UI
  • start with UX design followed by UI (how would you want audience to feel?) (have an intention) 

WIREFRAMES
= skeleton of layouts
= storyboards 

  • use boxes to show where content would be placed / develop a grid 
  • think about user experience --> how the users interact with the outcome 
  • visualise it enough to see how it works 

DELIVERABLES

  • sketches, storyboarding, diff frames within a film
  • working these sketches up digitally 
  • adding content 

PROCESS

  • create wireframes 
  • get feedback 
  • workup wireframes digitally 
  • get feedback 
  • fleshing out --> adding content and working towards the final outcomes 
  • feedback 

** the DESIGN PROCESS is the main focus, not making it happening, making it work
--> think of the feasibility

= look at research
= complete sketches 
= get feedback on sketches 

NEXT WEEK
= work digitally 
= peer led crits 

WEEK AFTER
= refinement 

IDEAS 

  • do research on things that can meditate people
