I really like how the designers duplicate the information and put them into one design. The words are descending when it is farer away from the front. I am wondering maybe I can make something like this using the duplicating method the designers used.

FEEDBACKS:

- Digital animations are so interesting and cool

-Very interesting uses of figure ground (positive/ negative space)

-A bit too reliant on digital media sometimes- can be more adventurous, though the use of symbols and characters are very unique and could be experimental even more

-I like how you combine different letters and used other letters in your designs to represent the letter ‘B’ such as turning the ‘W’ on its side to appear as though it is a ‘B’. I think the one made out of using string onto cardboard handles is a good idea, however at some point I thought it was an ‘E’ as the handles as the handles appear bolder than the string. Maybe doing a capital ‘B’ combining the handles would be clearer

-You have used a range techniques and processes however some are repetitive. To prevent this, try and photograph your focus from a different angle

-Focus on some more animated options, such as moving object to create a letterform

-Lots of your images are abstract which makes them really interesting

-I like how you’ve made general different versions of the letterform using the digital process

-Good use of video techniques (different + unique)

-Good use of MS Paint

-Create more large scale outcomes

-Less digital outcomes

-More clearer outcomes, some are hard to see

-Could have more organic pieces (lots of digital stuff) that are hand rendered

-Show a bit of mess and mistake

REFLECTION:

After reading the feedbacks from my classmates, I found out  that I was relying too much on digital media. This somehow limited my creativity. I did my artworks by making use of Bs to create other forms and versions of Bs. However, I don’t think this is the right thing to do. Instead, I should try to be more adventurous and explore more. I should make good use of things and objects in my surroundings and try to play around with them and make a mess. This may help me to find out more different forms of Bs without deliberately creating them and to make them look like one. Also, I should be more experimental and daring to make mistakes, I have to understand that mistakes are essential throughout the process and that i should not be afraid to make mistakes.
